Order And Delivery

For deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau, you can expect to receive your order within 5 - 10 business days from your order date.

For international destinations, you can expect receive your order within 9 - 20 business days from your order date.

For all international orders, please write the full address in English at the checkout.

Cancellations & Changes 
We are unable to cancel or change items once an order has been submitted. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address provided during checkout.

Import Taxes and Duties
Some countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made for us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
